What data we collect
We collect only the data you provide directly — name, email address, organisation, and project brief submitted via our contact form. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire personal data from third parties.
How we use your data
Contact submissions are used solely to assess and respond to project enquiries. We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent. Data is retained for the duration of any active engagement and for a maximum of three years thereafter.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact studio@gray360.design. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Data is stored on servers within the EU/EEA. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
