Terms of Service

Scope
These terms govern all engagements between GRAY | 360° AB and its clients, as well as use of this website. By submitting a project brief or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Engagements
All project engagements are confirmed by a signed statement of work (SOW) and/or proposal document. Verbal agreements are not binding. Work commences only upon written confirmation and receipt of any agreed deposit.
Intellectual property
All deliverables produced by GRAY | 360° remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, all agreed rights are transferred to the client as defined in the SOW.
Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Overdue invoices incur statutory interest under the Swedish Late Payment Act (Räntelagen). We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.
Limitation of liability
GRAY | 360°'s liability to any client is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
